The Bariatric Surgery Subunit works to give members educational opportunities as well as up-to-date information in the field of nutrition and bariatric surgery.
Our goals for the Bariatric Surgery Subunit are to provide:
- Subunit Web pages to keep members informed
- Webinars on nutrition and bariatric surgery
- Sessions on nutrition and bariatric surgery at the Annual WM Symposia
- A special section on Bariatric Nutrition in the quarterly Weight Management Matters Newsletter
- Listserv focusing on Bariatric Surgery topics
